IT'S almost the weekend, and that means two huge days of football with both the BFL grand final and AFL preliminary finals kicking off.
But in the meantime, what to do tonight?
If sport isn't your thing, perhaps you could catch some live tunes at Karova Lounge. Queensland rock band The Medics will be hitting the stage, joined by Blackchords from Melbourne.
Tickets are $10 and the night starts at 8:30pm.
If you don't want to be inside, the weather is mild enough that you should be able to dust off the sneakers and burn some calories before a weekend of indulgence.
Why not put your lungs and legs to the test at the Steve Moneghetti track around Lake Wendouree?
Maybe even pump up the Sherrin and pretend you're playing at the MCG to get in the mood for the big day.
