Jacob Hopper is heading to Greater Western Sydney, after being selected with pick seven, while draft bolter Daniel Rioli was secured by Richmond with pick 15.
Captain Darcy Tucker also went early after being taken by Fremantle at pick 27.
Western Australian Yestin Eades had to wait a little longer before he had his name called out, but was finally selected by Essendon at pick 64.
It marks the first time since 2006 that three Rebels have gone in the first 30 selections of a draft, while Hopper is the first Rebel to be taken in the top 10 since Nathan Brown that year.
AFL Victoria and Rebels talent manager Phil Partington said it was a fantastic result.
“We’re pretty rapt,” Partington said.
“To have four players selected is a credit to the boys, their families and everyone else who has helped them along the journey.”
Several other Rebels still remain chances to be at an AFL club next year, despite not having their name called out.
Speedy 19-year-old Tom Templeton and South Warrnambool’s Charlie Lee are among those who could be given a lifeline at Friday’s rookie draft.
Partington said those not selected should still hold out some hope.
“Unfortunately, there will always be boys who miss out,” he said.
“We're doing our utmost to let clubs know more about those players.”
