A LIGHT aircraft flipped on its roof when a helicopter landed at Ballarat Airport.
Police and firefighters attended the scene at midday.
No one was in the decommissioned aircraft at the time of the incident.
A CFA media spokesman confirmed fire trucks had attended the scene after initial reports of a fuel leak.
The scene was deemed safe at 12.15pm.
The spokesman said a helicopter had landed at the time plane flipped but said investigators were determining whether that was the cause of the incident.

Emergency services are at the scene of an incident at the Ballarat Airport.
Police and fire brigade crews were sent to the airport after a light plane was flipped onto its roof when a helicopter flew overhead around noon.
Emergency crews are on scene in case of a fuel leak from the aircraft.
