In wet conditions, Ballarat was too good for Geelong, winning 117-103.
Ballarat was unable to take home the Elaine Webster Shield, however, suffering a 129-82 defeat.
In singles, Sebastopol's Jenny Harman represented Central Victoria in the over 60s state final at Bundoora, but fell short against the Geelong region's Joan Tennant.
Suzanne Cassells, also from Sebastopol, was successful in the novice singles at Kyneton on Sunday and will now feature in the semi finals on December 6.
Meanwhile, there were several close results in round seven of midweek pennant.
In division one, Sebastopol prevailed by five shots over Midlands Golf, winning 70-65, while Central Wendouree notched up an exciting 66-63 victory over Webbcona.
Webbcona was too good in division three, however, defeating Central Wendouree 70-67 in a tight encounter.
In division four, Central Wendouree held off Smeaton in a 71-69 thriller.
