CHRISTMAS time is a struggle for many families. Anglicare’s Geoff Ryan says fathers have come to him crying because they can’t afford to give their children presents. Agencies throughout Ballarat are donating hampers to make sure all can be jolly this year. Anglicare alone will distribute 300 family hampers, 250 single hampers and 650 toy bags as the need for help soars.
