An anti-Semitic attack outside a synagogue in Melbourne's south-east has been caught on camera and posted online.

The footage shows a man screaming in the face of a Jewish man to "go back to Israel" before he is restrained on the ground after a small scuffle.
The man, who claims to be Aboriginal, can also be heard shouting about Allah and says "do you think you can rule this land?".
The confrontation took place at the outside the Adass Israel synagogue in Ripponlea on Glen Eira Avenue at about 7.30pm.
A Police spokesperson said it was alleged the man stole a child's scooter and was approached by a number of people as they left the synagogue.
Police arrested a 39-year-old Reservoir man, charging him with theft, criminal damage and two counts of unlawful assault.
The video was uploaded to Facebook by The Australian Jewish News and has been viewed more than 100,000 times.
The man has been bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrate's Court on January 19.
