Four more level crossings, at Sydenham, Dandenong South, Lyndhurst and Williamstown North, have been flagged for removal as Premier Daniel Andrews marked his first year in office.

This brings the total number of level crossings earmarked to 31, despite legislation to fund the project being mired in Parliament.
By the 2018 election, 20 will have been removed, with a further 11 under construction, Mr Andrews said.
The four announced on Sunday include the level crossing at Abbotts Road in Dandenong South where a truck collided with a train, derailing the train and leaving one passenger dead and 12 injured in 2012.
The removal of a level crossing at Melton Highway in Sydenham would also pave the way for the expansion of Watergardens shopping centre.
The other level crossings slated to go include Thompsons Road in Lyndhurst, Kororoit Creek in Williamstown North.
Earlier in November, Mr Andrews announced eight level crossings would be removed along the Frankston train line between Cheltenham and Frankston.
"These level crossings are dangerous, congested and suffocate our train system. They are relics of the past and they need to go." he said.
Labor committed to removing 50 level crossings across Victoria by 2022.
More than $1 billions of contracts have already been awarded for removal of level crossings, he said.
The Andrews government plans fund the project by leasing the Port of Melbourne, a decision which would see swathes of Port Phillip Bay transferred into private hands.
The opposition and the Greens are threatening to block the passage of the bill approving the leasing of the Port of Melbourne in the upper house, when the legislation is debated next month.
