AFL Draft Combine: 13 Rebels to be screened

NORTH Ballarat Rebels boast the most AFL Draft Combine invitees in Australia this year.

Thirteen Rebels will be screened in Melbourne next week - seven called up to the week-long national combine in Australia.

North Ballarat Roosters' wingman Dean Towers adds to the club tally, as a state testing invitee.

Combine selections are from from AFL club nominations, with four or more nominations required to receive a national level call.

North Ballarat candidates are going through practice testing in Melbourne this afternoon.

The Rebels reached the TAC Cup preliminary finals after claiming the minor premiership for the home-and-away season.
