The Wendouree skipper became the BCA’s second century-maker in the opening two days of the competition, spearheading his side to a massive 4-335 and ultimately victory over Ferntree Gully and District at Greenvale.
This puts the unbeaten Ballarat in a powerful position heading into battle with Mornington Peninsula on Wednesday.
Roscholler made 106 (8 fours, 2 sixes) to complement Nathan Yates’ 111 against Hamilton on Monday.
Roscholler and Rick Moore (57, 8 fours) again provided a sparkling start, putting on 114 in 57 minutes.
Heath Pyke (7 fours, 1 six) scored another half century with an unbeaten 67, Sammy Jayantha reached 50 (2 fours, 3 sixes) and Yates made another important contribution with 34 in the run spree.
Ferntree Gully was always behind the eight-ball in the 50-over clash.
There didn’t appear to be too much urgency from the team batting second, which batted through their overs to finish at 6-182.
Adam Eddy continued his great start to the week with the ball by snaring the first three wickets to end with the best figures of 3-29.
