- Stan Woodhouse
Skyscraper Stan and the Commission Flats have just released their debut album, Last Year’s Tune, and will play in Ballarat for the first time on Saturday.
It’s their second stop on a Victoria-wide visit before touring nationally. It follows a hiatus last year with one of the band members suffering the death of a loved one.
“This is going to be our first visit to Ballarat, which is strange because two of our members grew up in Ballarat and have been looking forward to playing there for some time,” singer Stan Woodhouse said.
The band, inspired by the likes of Nick Cave, will play at Suttons House of Music, supported by Freya Hollick and Mark with the Sea.
