The trailer did not roll, and the dogs are in good condition.
A car with a horse float rolled on the Old Western Highway on Sunday afternoon, leaving two people injured.
The horse was reportedly unhurt.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullens said the two people had initially been trapped but were up and walking around after the accident.
“There’s a female in her 60s with a leg injury, and we’ve got a male in 60s with a shoulder injury,” he said.
“The horse is OK.”
Both people were taken to the Ballarat Base Hospital in a stable condition.
