The advertisement period for the Shell project at 115 Albert Street has just finished.
The traffic impact report lodged with council estimates there will be 131 “vehicle movements” during the PM peak hour but less in the morning because of its place on the route out of Ballarat, and only adding 13 “movements” because the customers will be passing, not going there specially.
