O’Sullivan triumphed in the 12 and under boys’ division, while Tinkler came out on top in the 14/under girls’ final at Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre on Saturday
O’Sullivan completed a double at the third edition of the championships.
He combined with fellow Ballarat player Ned Simpson to win the 12/under boys’ doubles.
Tim McConchie was another success story for Ballarat. Seeded two, he linked up with Barwon’s Harry Spicer to be victorious in the 16/under boys’ doubles.
This provided some consolation for McConchie, who lost the singles final.
O'Sullivan was dominant, conceding just five games in four matches and swept aside Alan Valenzuela 6-0 6-0 in the final.
Tinker was equally impressive through her quarter and semi-finals, giving up only four games.
However, she had the battle much harder to fend off Geelong’s Alex Booker in the final, before finally taking the honours 7-6 6-4.
