A-League grand final 2016: Western Sydney Wanderers must overcome hoodoo to claim title

If the Western Sydney Wanderers are to win their first A-League title they will have to overcome one of the greatest hoodoos in the competition's 11-year history – winning a grand final interstate. Only once in 10 previous seasons has a team lifted the A-League trophy having travelled past state borders and on that one occasion, it was hardly a win.
