Drivers using Creswick Road will share the Creswick-bound lanes, with one lane of traffic in each direction.
To allow VicRoads contractors to safely complete these works, drivers travelling on Webster Street and Doveton Street North will only be able to turn left at the roundabout and Market Street traffic will be unable to turn right into Doveton Street North.
Macarthur Street will also be closed at the traffic lights.
Shoppers can access Bunnings via the Macarthur Street entrance and Officeworks via Doveton Street North, Holmes Street and the service road.
Traffic lights will be switched off at Macarthur Street and bollards will be in place to guide drivers travelling on Creswick Road.
Traffic controllers will be in place at the Creswick Road roundabout to guide traffic through the intersection and in to the appropriate lane.
All road users are asked to be aware of the changed traffic conditions when travelling through the area and be mindful of road workers.
Road hazards can be reported on the 13 11 70 number, while the VicRoads VicTraffic website and application provides provides live traffic information.
