BALLARAT Eureka Strikers coughed up a 3-1 lead in a disappointing loss to rivals University of Melbourne on Sunday.

GOOD FORM: Lisie Dodds was called into the Strikers' senior side on Sunday and found the net in the first half. However, the home side lost the match 5-3.
The 5-3 defeat at Morshead Park makes it three in a row for the 2015 Football Federation Victoria women’s state league one champions.
Ballarat scored first through Nat Barbara in the 23rd minute, before University hit back in the 29th. Lisie Dodds and Lulu Al-Huneidi then restored the Ballarat advantage before the visitors converted again in the 39th minute.
With a 3-2 lead at the break, Ballarat was put to the sword in the second half by the visitors, which found the net in 63rd, 67th and 77th minutes to clinch the three points.
