The group travelled to Canberra in March to protest the treatment of people who arrived in Australian waters on boats.
This month already there have been two deaths – one suicide and one heart attack – and another attempted suicide.
The group will meet at the median strip outside Town Hall and attendees are asked to bring a candle.
