The All Abilities Eisteddfod is aimed at providing a discipline focused on giving performers with a disability a chance to show their skills at the RSSS annual program.
Beginning in 2017, it will include dance, vocal, instrumental, speech and drama.

Hosted by Ballarat Councillor Sam McIntosh, the gala event featured 2015 Herald Sun Aria winner Fiona Jopson and local nine-piece band The Sweet Biscuits playing hits from the last century.
Royal South Street Society business manager Brett Macdonald said the night was a terrific success, both as a celebration of the anniversary of the competition and as a fundraiser.
Around $5,000 was raised for the new discipline next year, and a further auction later in the year will see Ms Jopson offer her skills to the highest bidder as the competitions get into full swing from July onwards.
