As part of a VCAL footy day project, North Ballarat Roosters players held a clinic at the school, teaching the kids a wide range of ball skills.
Roosters sponsorship and marketing manager Sam Wiltshire said the aim was to “get kids excited about footy”.
“These guys are also role models for kids for a healthy living mindset,” Mr Wiltshire said.
Roosters players Jacob Werts, Rowan Marshall, Louis Herbert and Glen Coleman held the clinic of fun, inclusive activities.
Ballarat Christian College VCAL teacher Karen Farquhar said a group of VCAL students had organised the day as a fundraising project for the Salvation Army and their sister school in India, Sparsh Academy.
