Ballarat police believe the three fires, which occurred between 11.45pm and 12.50am, may be linked.
Investigating the circumstances surrounding the fires, Ballarat Crime Investigation Unit detectives are calling for anyone with information about the fires to contact Crime Stoppers.
Emergency services were called to a car fire at the Ballarat Railway Station about 11.45pm on Monday, June 27.
They were then called to a bus fire in Norman Street, Wendouree around 12.06am.
Approximately 45 minutes later emergency services were called to a truck fire in Howe Street, Miners Rest.
Police have released images of two of the vehicles involved.
