SUSAN Patterson struggles to think of a time when her garden has looked so good.
Two wet winters have help transform her garden into one of the most vibrant in the Ballarat area. And soon it will be on show for all to see.
The fifth annual Ballarat Gardens in Spring weekend is soon approaching.
Held over the first weekend of November, the event provides gardening lovers with open gardens to visit among a range of activities.
Mrs Patterson’s garden will be one of four to open its gates to the public, along with gardens in Buninyong and Smythesdale.
