THE final eight in the Ballarat District Bowls Division ladies over-60s singles will return to the greens today at City Oval.
Six bowlers yesterday progressed undefeated into the quarter finals, with Smeaton pair Lyn Taylor and Rhonda Armstrong, Central Wendouree’s Barbara Kinnersly, Madeleine Curtis of City Oval and Webbcona’s Anne Gull winning both games in their two games to date.
Smeaton’s Robin Shaw had a bye and won her other game.
Also making the cut were Sandy Grano (Midlands) and Raelene Worsley (Webbcona).
The quarter finals begin this morning, with the semi finals in the afternoon.
The grand final is tomorrow morning.
