The VFL has transferred the Roosters’ clash with Port Melbourne on Saturday owing to heavy condition of North Port Oval.
Williamstown defeated the Borough by 33 points at the ground on Saturday and the surface has not had enough time to recover.
The Roosters did offer Eureka Stadium as an alternative venue if the match could be transferred to Sunday, but the VFL had already chosen Frankston as the new venue.
While it is the longest road trip of the season for North Ballarat, it is already a winner at the ground this year.
The Roosters defeated the Dolphins there in round 12.
This will be North Ballarat’s last away game for the year.
Its last three matches be in near perfect conditions at Eureka Stadium. The Roosters play Sandringham on August 6, Essendon on August 20 and Frankston on August 27. They have a bye after the Sandringham match.
