Grants will provide Ballarat funding for Ballarat Health Services’ end of treatment care planning and lymphoedema surveillance, a Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre acupuncture program and Wellness Wheels and a specialist cancer nurse in Ballarat Cancer Care.
GICS opened program applications to the community in the evaluation process. More than 600 votes were cast and more than half of the members on the judging panel were consumers.
