The Roosters have secured the services of two English recruits, who will arrive in Australia ahead of the 2016-17 Ballarat Cricket Association season.
Tom Phillippe joins North from Southend-on-Sea and EMT Cricket Club in Essex, while Tom Piddington signs from Hadleigh Cricket Club in Suffolk.
Roosters captain-coach Adam Eddy has playing history with Piddington, while Phillippe has been secured through the help of a cricket agent.
Eddy said both are top-order batsmen, with Piddington a medium pace bowler and Phillippe a wicket-keeper.
After finishing second last on the firsts division ladder last season, Eddy said the initial goal for 2016-17 is to return to finals cricket.
Because of a round one bye, North Ballarat will have to wait until October 22 to launch its new campaign.
