What's on? Exercise is easier in pairs

FOR ME, Monday is the night that I love to go home and make the most of my ugg boots and trackies. But I also love to get my exercise out of the way. That way, when there are things on later in the week, I can indulge and not feel guilty about it.

I hate exercise and, unlike my sisters who love to go for a run and smash out a session in the gym, I need people sweating it out beside me to keep me motivated. And that's where you come in.

Ballarat has great group fitness sessions at all gyms, but I go to the YMCA when I'm staying home in Ballarat. If you're not a member classes cost $11.90 or $10.10 concession.

There are five classes to choose from tonight:

Bodypump express at 6.30pm - 30 minute session

RPM at 6.30pm - 45 minute bike session

CXWORX  at 7pm - 30 minute ab workout

Aqua mums at 7pm - 45 minute session in the pool

Body balance at 7.30pm – one-hour blend of yoga, tai chi and pilates

Have fun and hope to see you there!
