Police are urging members of the public to help identify two men believed to be behind a terrifying attempted car jacking south-east of Melbourne on Saturday.

A 22-year-old woman was waiting at the intersection of Princes Highway and Gray Street in Traralgon at 4.45pm when two men, one armed with a large knife, approached her car.
The men went to either side of her vehicle and tried to open the front doors, but they were locked.
The men then ran away.
Senior Constable Andrew Lappin said it was lucky the woman had locked her doors.
"You shouldn't have to, but it is a good idea to lock your doors when driving," he said.
"We're not sure what the intentions of these two men were, but I think the victim should feel relieved that they couldn't get into her car."

Police have released computer-generated images of the men in the hope someone is able to identify them.
