A 56-year-old man has fronted court after being charged with murdering a man whose body was found dumped outside a preschool.

A passerby found the body lying next to a fence in the car park of Upper Ferntree Gully Preschool on Rollings Road just after 3pm on Saturday.
The body has since been identified as 39-year-old Noble Park man Cameron Harris.
Homicide squad detectives set up a crime scene at at the car park on Saturday evening.
About 9pm on Monday detectives went to a house in Vermont and arrested 56-year-old Danny Noel Volpe, who was charged with one count of murder and remanded in custody early on Tuesday.
The Vermont man faced Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday afternoon, and remains in police custody.
The Upper Ferntree Gully community was shocked by the incident.
A Country Fire Authority base sits across the road from where the body was found and captain Peter Smith said the community was "upset and disappointed".
"We've never had anything like a body found there before," he said.
"Everyone keeps saying it never happens in our area, but it's a sign of the times, I suppose.
"From what I gather, from talking to CFA members and the public, they're really upset and disappointed as well.
"It's an older community that lives around that area."
