The recidivist offenders have been charged with theft and burglary offences and have failed to front court, police say.
Crime Stoppers chief Sam Hunter reminded the public the wanted people were not minor offenders who had made a mistake.
“The people we are looking for this week have a total of 17 warrants outstanding between them so we are not talking about people who have had a once- off error in judgement,” Ms Hunter said.
Ballarat’s highest ranking police officer Superintendent Andrew Allen said some of these wanted people had been evading police for a long time.

David YORKSHIRE was charged with burglary and other offences and failed to appear at the Ballarat Magistrates Court on April 29, 2010. A warrant for the arrest of the 27-year-old was issued.
Four additional warrants have also been issued in relation to other offences including failing to appear and unlawful assault.
YORKSHIRE is known to frequent the Ballarat and surrounding areas.

Darryl HICKS was charged with burglary and failed to appear at the Ballarat Magistrates Court on August 15, 2014. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 26-year-old. HICKS is known to frequent the Ercildoune, Ballarat and Maryborough areas.
