On Tuesday, The Courier incorrectly reported that a tenant had been found for the venue, due to a miscommunication.
However, Colliers International confirmed on Wednesday that three potential tenants were being considered for the lease of the site, which features 217 square metres of space and 11 dedicated car parks.
It has been vacant for around two years, despite a $1.25 million renovation completed last July.
