Payne will ride the filly in Tuesday's 1300m-race as she begins a new phase of her career having recently been granted a dual trainer/jockey licence in Victoria
Stakes-placed in New Zealand, Queen Of Zealand joined Payne's small team of horses this week and the filly holds a VRC Oaks nomination.
Queen Of Zealand has had two starts, running third at her most recent behind It's Time For Magic and La Luna Rossa who franked the form of the Listed race at Hastings when she ran second in the Thousand Guineas Prelude.
