Skyline Drone Imaging has captured the wet from above, showing City Oval under water last month.
The wet has also caused Ballarat Cricket Association to stagger the start of its season.
Run Ballarat, which has in past years started and finished at City Oval, was already planned to start at North Gardens this year.
