It’s the people behind Astec that make it so successful.
Electronics Department. Astec’s electronics department is run by Rob and Matt, who are heavily involved with providing innovative solutions for industry, agriculture and mining. Solutions range from point to point wireless remote control, custom DC motor control and driverless tractor systems, through to fully integrated control systems. Astec remote systems can be controlled from up to 5000 metres or where 3G is available from a phone.
Astec has also developed a product called JAC (Jack of all Trades). In normal application JAC will remotely control up to four electric actuators or solenoid valves from up to 300 metres away, providing safe remote control for a grain feeder, irrigation system, gates, grouper or chaser bin.
CPAP – Sleep Apnoea therapy. Donna has been with Astec for 10 years and is fully trained with the requirements of CPAP. Donna can assist you by setting up your new unit, as prescribed by your physician, whether this be for purchase or hire. Donna will ensure your mask fit is perfect and is able to assist with problem solving when your therapy is not going well.
