Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said a man in his 40s would be airlifted to hospital with abdominal and pelvic injuries and a laceration to his head.

The man is in a serious but stable condition.
Mr Mullen said emergency services received a call to attend the incident just after 12.30pm.
