BALLARAT residents who have not voted in Ballarat City Council elections have until 6pm tonight to cast their vote.
Postal votes are no longer legitimate, meaning people who are yet to vote will have to hand in their voting forms in person.
There is no voting tomorrow for a council election.

Voters who are aged 70 years or older and non-resident voters are encouraged to vote but will not be fined if they do not vote.
Those who are enrolled to vote but do not do so will be subject to fines.
