Cayleb was last seen at a home on Symmons Crescent in the Latrobe Valley town on Sunday.
Police believe Cayleb may be with a family member.
They have concerns for his welfare due to his young age and the length of time he has been missing.
Cayleb has a short, slim build with light coloured hair, brown eyes and glasses.
