People can come and learn to make cheese, butter and yoghurt, or even for a cuddle with a cow or a calf.
Ice-cream tasting will also take place on the hour from 10am to 4pm, with free ice-cream available for kids.
Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society president Kerri Gallagher said her own history in dairy farming made it important to offer the industry support.
“I’m a proud dairy farmer and I know firsthand how tough things are in our industry,” Ms Gallagher said.
“Dairy Sunday will be a showcase of all that is good about dairy.”
The November 11-13 show has offered complimentary tickets to the region’s dairy farmers.
