15 Bendigo councillors called to VCAT hearing on ex-colleagues' obscene tweet

An appeal by a former Bendigo councillor against a ruling that she apologise for an obscene tweet will likely be delayed until next year, after she lodged a last minute application to question all members of the newly elected council.
