Holy Smokes BBQ has almost sold out its first Carnivore Feast, which will feature two sittings on Saturday as part of The Courier Good Food Ballarat month.
The Ballarat chef is staying true to his smoked meat theme, drawing on high quality, ethically sourced and antibiotic/hormone free meats and local-sourced wood.
Otway Pork spare ribs drizzled with Bellarine Peninsula apple cider glaze and smoked Victorian angus beef cheek headline the shared plate menu.
The Sturt Street cafe opened in August near the Armstrong Street foodie precinct and, due to popularity, has increased opening hours for Thursday to Saturday evenings this summer.
“It’s still offering something a bit different in Ballarat,” Mr Kulman said. “It’s exciting to try and put together our first event.”
Seats are available for 11am and 1pm feast sittings. Contact: 5332 7675.
