Wade Turner appeared briefly before the Ballarat Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Ballarat Divisional Response Unit Senior Sergeant Darren Tanis said Turner was charged with conduct endangering persons and two counts of theft of motor vehicle.
