The uncertainty over its ability to financially support a side in the VFL has rapidly grown in recent months following Frankston’s exit from the VFL in late September.
It is understood the club is now considering focusing solely on its Ballarat Football League side - North Ballarat City – amid concerns about the mounting costs of fielding a VFL team.
