Her main tasks will be managing the three Goldfields tiers – open age, youth and junior – of the sport, game development activities within schools, Auskick and other club promotions, and working with the North Ballarat Rebels program.
Woodroffe has played netball with Ballan and Springbank, and coached Melton and Ballan.
She played football for Bacchus Marsh last year and is an Western Jets female team assistant coach. She is also in the Geelong Cats VFL pre-season training squad.
Goldfields regional general manager Rod Ward said Woodroffe was highly organised, energetic, and passionate about increasing participation and pathway opportunities for female footballers in the region.
