Paramedics were called to the home in Melbourne's outer western suburbs at 3.45pm on Sunday and found a wooden balcony on the second floor had collapsed.
The balcony had fallen about four metres to the ground, an Ambulance Victoria spokesman said.
A man, believed to be in his 60s, suffered a cut to his head during the fall, he said.
Another man, believed to be in his 40s, suffered a knee injury while a woman in her 20s suffered a shoulder injury, he said.
Paramedics treated all three people at the home before taking them to hospital in stable conditions.
Victoria Police Senior Sergeant Aaron Prentice-Evans told Seven News it appeared the balcony may have collapsed due to dry wood rot.
The outdoor balcony was about four metres by two metres in size.
