The BFNL annual meeting on Monday night approved to addition to the board, which is yet to be filled.
Wayne Baker will serve a second year as chairman.
Shane Anwyl has stepped down from the board after taking on the AFL Goldfields role of Maryborough Castlemaine District league operations manager.
Other board members: deputy chairman/executive director Mick Toner; finance director, Gerard Harrington; operations, Robert Allan; senior netball, Katrina Baddeley; junior football, Mitch Leviston, Tim Mugridge and Adrian Bettiol; junior netball, Talia Holloway-Roden; executive, John Seeary; umpiring, Richard Carroll umpiring development, Robert Simmonds.
There are also vacancies for two executive directors still to be filled.
The BFNL reported a trading profit of $821 for the year.
