He has been a director for 11 years.
Seeary, who is also a goal umpire with the BFUA, has been an executive director, junior director, operations director and finance director.
He has also been involved with senior and junior representative football and netball programs.
Seeary’s football began with as a junior player with Navarre in the 1970s and continued at senior level.
On moving to Ballarat in the 1980s he became involved with Sebastopol, taking roles such as Auskick coordinator and junior coordinator.
He was BFUA best clubman this year.
