Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said they received a call at 2.17pm on Sunday.

"A toddler was pulled out from water at Rye," Mr Mullen said.
"She swallowed a fair bit of water. She was treated and stabilised at the scene."
The child was found floating face-down in the water, radio station 3AW reports.
Mr Mullen said the child was airlifted to the Royal Children's Hospital in a stable condition.
