The 2014 Ballarat Football League flag winner is now living in Townsville and is set to play a handful of games for Ballan.
The 23-year-old onballer said there is likely to be three or four fixtures he can make during the Central Highlands league home and away campaign.
Graham has featured a couple of times for Ballan, which he nominated as his home club during a stint with the North Ballarat Roosters. He played a handful of VFL senior matches with the Roosters during 2013 and 2014.
With North Ballarat City last year, Graham started in 16 games and was named in the best on six occasions.
He has been recruited by new Blues coach Jason McNamara, who will lead the team for the first time in 2017.
Ballan opens its new season with a clash against Gordon on April 1.
