Tony Irish, the captain of the thirds team, will play his 250th match for the Pointies alongside teammate James Maggi, who steps out for the same milestone against Buninyong at White Flat.
They are set to become the equal 11th players to reach the mark at Golden Point.
Irish is the Pointies’ ninth highest run-scorer with 6270 runs and among his honours are three second grade best player awards.
Maggi is a past club champion and is the only Golden Point cricketer to have played in a premiership in all five senior divisions.
He is the fifth highest club wicket-taker with 420 dismissals.
