Melbourne weather: It's hot out there, but a cooling breeze is blowing our way

Melburnians will no longer have to endure a sweltering 38 degrees on Tuesday, with the Bureau of Meteorology dropping the forecast by three degrees, with a cool change to hit sooner than expected.
