14-year-old Jaydn Austin was last seen leaving a Curnow Street house in Golden Point at 1.30pm on Thursday.

Police hold concerns to Jaydn as he has a medical condition.

They have released an image in the hope that someone may recognise him and provide information on his current whereabouts.

Jaydn is described as having a medium build, is approximately 143cm tall with a fair complexion and brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a brown hooded jumper, dark coloured pants and socks.

He is known to frequent the Ballarat area.

Anyone who sees Jaydn is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 533 66000.
